We were greeted upon entry and told the she's agents name. Full stop. The store next door greeted us, orifices himself and have us a full run down of the store and what was available, also offered us coffee and water while we browse. Lazy boy really needs to step up is game to compete.

Awesome shopping experience. We went in with a good idea of what we wanted. Our sales associate Tim was great in helping us look at the options based on what we were looking for. The designer helped us get what we wanted presented beautifully. What a fun shopping experience!
Very positive experience, staff member was knowledgeable, had patience and offered great advice. I star below 5 just because of extended wait and me having to chase down the info vs La-z-boy contacting me to advise of further delays from expected delivery date.

Great sales and the delivery guys were extremely pleasant and efficient. We were given a 2 hour window for the delivery - they showed up 15 minutes into the 2 hour time frame and were very careful & respectful.
Warranty issue followup was excellent. Peter was wonderful to deal with.
