I want to thank Sara the manager for her extreme help , and Pierre the service he provide was excellent and Alexandre who help me with the BBQ purchase, wow what a service what a high class vip treatment I was walking around and employees asking me for my need I never see this kind of service anywhere else I felt like a king in m’y Kingdom I felt so special I felt paradise on earth thank you RONA so much for the experience I will never forget this is my store now this Rona location is my kingdom from now on here where I buy anything and everything I need for my house and all family you guys make me feel sooooooooo good thanks the management for the effort for the well training and everything organized

has a good variety. Staff is less. They have a lady that works there by the name of Barathy. She's the most annoying lady! She takes so long as if your doing something wrong. Just dont get her at the cash. You will loose your mind!nnReading the reviews below, seems like Rona has 1 automated message . They dont really care! And seems to me we all have the same problem with Barathy at the return counter. She's the WORST customer service agent. She needs to go!
