I'm self-employed and really needed support with my self assessment. Rachel was so open, helpful and willing to answer all my questions on our initial call and after signing up with StriveX, their processes and communication are so straightforward with clear instructions. Olivia made the onboarding process super easy and Tom took all the stress out of completing my self assessment that I'd been worrying about. Can't recommend this team enough!
After facing a few problems with a previous accounting company it was time to find a new accounting practice. I was looking for a company that knew their stuff, were vibrant and energetic, professional and fun, and could help me transition all my accounts to some new software. Even more importantly I was looking for a partnership. One where I could get the accounting help I needed as well as be educated on how to run my company more effectively. After a quick internet search, I found James and Rachel at striveX. I loved reading the reviews, testimonials, their website, and social media posts. I knew these were the accountants for me. I had an introductory call with Rachel and was delighted that everything I had watched and read online was exactly how she was in real life. We chatted through my needs and I instantly felt at ease. This was a company that would like after me in the same way that I like to look after my clients, and that was important. Fortunately, we were a good mutual fit and they agreed to take me on as a client. I was then guided through a simple set of next steps from onboarding and getting my company and accounts transitioned over to meeting the team and my accountant. Everyone I dealt with was kind, fun, professional, humble and dedicated to doing an amazing job. I was lucky enough to work with Liv, Natasha, and Emma the most but I could tell the entire company was made up of high calibre, like-minded people. Emma is my main accountant and has been an absolute saviour. I was a bit stressed and overwhelmed but she worked her magic to help get my accounts into the new system and then worked to get my books in order so we could submit my end of year accounts and self-assessment. Over the past 3 months, the team have taken all of my concerns and problems away. I now feel more in control of my accounts again and looking forward to understanding my finances even better in 2023. I highly recommend striveX. We’ve been working with them for our VAT returns and Corporation Tax and it has been wonderful! They really take the time to know us and answer every little thing we ask, it is such a big help for me. They provide a highly professional, personal, amazing service. For the last months we’ve been working with Evie and she’s been just so helpful, making things easier for us to understand and teaching me how to do some things in Quickbooks. Communication is great and she goes above and beyond to help us out. I 100% recommend her and all the striveX team.
I have just used Strive X for my first ever self assessment process. Evie was an absolute delight to work with throughout- she was on hand to answer all of my queries, got my assessment done super quickly due to some personal circumstances, and most of all was really friendly and lovely to chat to.
