I have been going to this location for the past couple of years and every time it’s been a great experience. Front desk is always friendly and very accommodating! I had an appointment booked recently which I had unfortunately ran 8 minutes late to, Kerry was incredible and worked very hard to get me done on time all while being extremely professional and friendly! 10/10 would recommend.

I've been going to this location for many years and I usually just see whoever is available so I've been through all the waxers and each of them is splendid. You can not go wrong with anyone who works here. They all do a great job and make you feel as comfortable as possible.

The front desk girl forgot her name, usually sits there on Friday afternoon has a bad attitude, she seems "too good for this job", she is rude and not at all accommodating. The other front desk girl is much better. Also if you are getting a Brazilian and you have to come back home and shave the leftover hair off, specially on the back then what is the point of that Brazilian? You are charging me 50$, at least do your job properly. The waxing lady had almost 10 bookings and she was doing it in such a hurry!Service:&nbsp;Brazilian waxing

Truly love stripped but this location Burnaby is the worst in the lower mainland as they are aggressive, not as friendly, and In the last two times I’ve been, I was sore for days for my Brazilian wax. I’ve been doing it in Port Moody Stripped for 4 years and they are the BEST location. Worth the drive in my opinion.

I usually wax myself, but decided to go for convenience and get it done by a professional. Service was very quick, and the aesthetician did a fantastic job. I will note if you are very shy, there is not much "draping" done for privacy, but the aesthetician was very professional and quick so it wasn't uncomfortable. Amazing Waxing service and client centered care. The receptionist Farrah was professional, knowledgeable, kind and welcoming. She helped me with a refund as I accidentally brought more wax packages than I intended to. Daisy the Esthetician was professional, well-mannered and easy to talk to. I highly recommend this wax bar and I wish there was a "6 star" option as my experience was truly amazing.

My second visit to the Brentwood location. My first visit was great. For my second visit, they called me at 6:05 i said i was 5 min away. I was 13 min late by the time i arrived.  they canceled me. I was shocked! Im very disappointed and frankly heartbroken. I was running like headless chickens to make it there… all that for nothing.Service:&nbsp;Laser hair removal
