Stretch the Noodle

Perfectly cooked, spicy and flavorful. The servings are HUGE, definitely could have split one order and been happy. Definitely will come back here.

If you got work and want some grub on your lunch don’t come here. Stuff is amazing but the wait is wild. It’s awesome so it makes sense but don’t come if you wanna waste your lunch standing outside hoping to eat during that time. Come on a day off so you can actually enjoy your food after it’s done.

This is one of the best food carts in Portland. Be prepared for a 10-30 min wait depending on the time of day. The portions are so big that I suggest splitting the Caio Mein between 2 people. Also, it’s all best eaten hot!

Yummy handmade noodles, we ordered the biang biang noodles and it was more than enough for 2 people. The noodles are hand pulled to order and expect some spice even at the medium level.

I've been coming to STN for a quite a long time. The most delicious noodles you'll get in the city. Lovely couple who you can see and taste all their hard work in the food. Love them so much and you will too.

It was my mission to stop at this food cart when visiting Portland. The homemade noodles and the overall dish are AMAZING, spiced perfectly I did request mild and it still had quite a bit of kick, so be cautious if you’re not into spicy!

Literally a gem of a find! Hand pulled noodles were amazing - they were chewy and flavorful. It went deliciously with the spicy sauce I paired with it. I will definitely be back!
