Definitely rich but overwhelmingly salty. The noodles didn’t seem like they were made from scratch but maybe they were? Also genuinely confused about why the service tip prompts you to leave 18-25% when the woman who takes the order is pretty cold, and there’s absolutely no service. No water refills, need to bus your own dishes, etc. I love leaving good tips—I was a server for years. But I can’t understand what on earth I’m tipping for.
It may not be the fanciest, but it's very very tasty, friendly, and I know this is a personal bias, but they have great taste in music. I was happily stuffing my face, when suddenly the theme song to Serial Experiments Lain Duvet by Boa comes on and suddenly I'm transported back to 1999. A good way to warm the heart and the belly at the same time. Will definitely be returning. Red tonkotsu was nice and spicy, portions were good, wings were delicious and fresh.
I'm always skeptical about Ramen made in the U.S., because I have had great Ramen in Japan. It was okay. The downside is that the broth was not hot. It sure takes the quality down. Broth was tasty. Noodles were okay. Not worth the price. We also had gyoza. Not very good. Chicken wings as well, not that great. Don't waste money on the side dishes.
O so good! So much flavor, perfect every bite. We sat outside, it was cold but the heater kept us very warm. Great customer service as well.
The vegan options are so good! The miso vegan one is Devine but the vegan shio tonyu ramen is not bad either. The portion size /bowl size is perfect for one serving. I have rarely had such rich broth for vegan ramen options. Am so glad to have discovered this place!!
Deeply satisfying! Broth is such a rich pork umami flavor without being too salty. Noodles are firm and great texture. Chashu pork pieces fall apart in your mouth. Chicken wings were crispy and a tasty sauce.
Casual place for ramen where you would order before finding seats outside or inside. They will bring your food; however, you'll need to put up your dishes. You can also buy soda from Snappy and bring it in.
Delicious ramen, one of the best! Rich broth, not salty, great flavors! Would try to avoid peak hours if possible as the line can get long but it's worth the wait as well.
great service & good vibes! ramen was pretty solid - they’re very generous with vegetables compared to other ramen places. would def recommend their ebi karaage fried shrimp!
