October 1, 2024 renewed two passports took a total of 25 minutes including waiting time. I had all forms completed with photos. Staff was Courteous and assisted everyone. Great job!
Excellent service from staff at Service Canada in Stratford! One employee noticed we had passports in hand, and realized we had no forms. It should be, but is not noted on here that they close for lunch each day from 12-12:30. I specifically asked that my expiring passport be returned and it was not. It took 3 weeks to the day for new passport to arrive.
Unpleasant and poor management skills. I came from the US and walked into the office at 3:20pm with still 40 mins remaining, I was turned away when my number was just next in line stating the office will close at 4pm. I understand that you have to close at 4pm but don’t let people take a token if you can’t serve them and have them sit for 30-40 mins prior. It wasn’t busy so it’s easily doable even with 2 staff members working. Also assisting locals on the side when individuals with token are waiting to be served.
