Multiple people waiting while 3 staff are standing around talking near the back while one girl works with the crowd of people by herself. Really streamlined how to waste time. Manpower allocation needs review.
I was dealing with three vehicles that were part of my brother’s estate. I arrived with my co-executor and no idea how to deal with 2 vehicles in his Company name and 1 in his own name. I dealt with one agent and then had to go get more information. We came back after an hour and got another agent. I have to say both Jesse and Kelsey went above and beyond with their service. They were patient and extremely helpful. Wonderful to see people trying so hard to do an exemplary service!
The bigger lady is giving guys that had a license like myself who wrote the test over 30 years ago .. the wrong written test on purpose !! She is giving G1 and G2 test questions .. there are 2 test .. and I should not of had the test with G1 and G2 on for my M1 test .. the other lady told me that the next day !! And the other lady still said to give me the original test !! She needs to be let go from there
I have very bad experience with office staff, costumer service very rude , i came to get my health card on my work permit status . I provided all my legal documentation for health-card ,but they didn’t provide me for walking too many time in office, that’s very disrespect behaviour towards customer .
