Went here on a Sunday around 11 am. Bit of a wait time & staffed looked stressed. The food was delicious and well worth the wait. From walking in the door to leaving it took about 2 hours.. a bit longer then I would have liked for breakfast. Friendly staff. Pricing is perfect range. Not too cheap and not expensive. You’re also given a nice portion size with a lot to choose from each meal. Home fries are a bit bland but that’s okay! Let’s hope this restaurant is one to last in Bolton.

Great menu selection and amazing breakfast. You'll leave full and sometimes with takeout containers. Prices are also very good for the amount of food you get. One of the top choices to go and eat when we stay local.

This place is a gem, I’ve been visiting Strats for about a year now. Best breakfast, brunch in Bolton. Excellent food and exceptional service!

Nice little place and it seems like family owned . We visited with kids and it was very kids friendly The food was Well priced and good portions . We would visit this place again next time we are in Bolton. Well worth it

Great Little Joint ! I visited this place today with my husband, a great mom and pop restaurant with an extensive menu. We went in guessing but came out pleasantly surprised. The owner is kind and welcoming and the food portions are generous. We had the egg and pancakes and the tex mex enchilada! Reccomend if you are looking for that perfect weekend breakfast on the hill !
