Very pleased with the 1st keratin hair treatment my 13 year daughter received and the warm environment! Erika patiently explained the 2 options for her hair - my daughter is African American and Chinese so not the "typical" hair usually seen in Vancouver. I felt very comfortable leaving her there alone for 5 hours. Now I am next!

Urs and Erika are fantastic! I got a liquid keratin treatment and Erika did a wonderfully thorough job. I'm so happy with my hair and the entire 4 hours of the treatment I felt like I was hanging out with friends. I felt like I could really trust them with my hair as their expertise was clear from the first moment. Thanks!
