This restaurant is an experience you would be foolish to pass up. From the moment I walked in the door I was impressed. The vibe is cool and fresh, welcoming to anyone while maintaining a classy alure. The menu is physically simple, but every line is culinary poetry. Each dish feels truly inspired by the passion the talented chef brings to the table. I started with a flight of beer, each of which was introduced to me with an appreciation for what they are. As a starter I tried the charcuterie, again each object was delivered with a source of origin. For my main I shared the roast bone marrow and mussels. It's hard to say which was better as they were both absolutely exemplary. The mussels sat in a thick and savory cream sauce, all large and delicious, better than I'm used to seeing. The star of the show was the roasted marrow, simple presentation and game changing flavour. A dish you must see to understand. I could rant for days about the drive that clearly fuels this amazing restaurant, the staff that are ensuring every part of the visit is perfection, or even the cocktails made more wonderfully than I was prepared for. If every restaurant was like this, I would wear out my lungs declaring my love for everything they have to offer. So do yourself a favour and eat here, any excuse you have to not try something new is just hot air. Went for romantic Valentin dinner and was disappoint with half the menu being sold out..left without eating. Ruined the whole evening.. Doubt I'll go back
