Our self storage lockers range in sizes from mini storage units to large container units available on a month to month basis. Each indoor storage locker is a self contained unit with solid walls and roll up metal doors in our newly renovated heritage building just outside of downtown at 750 Terminal Ave.

Great staff, great facilities, central location, competitive prices! The only thing they’re missing is a masseuse, live music  and a salad bar. Still one of the best self-storage spots I’ve used!

I had a really positive experience setting up a storage locker with Oliver at the Terminal Ave location. He was extremely accommodating and went above and beyond to find the right locker for my personal needs. I highly recommend using Storguard and if you're lucky enough, working with Oliver.

Storguard provided a great service with a clear contract, friendly supportive staff, great hours and dolley equipment. We had a safe, accessible storage unit and enjoyed going back and forth as we gradually moved in and then out.

I have used Storguard multiple times and have always had great experiences. Fair pricing, helpful staff and easy access. Most recently closed out my unit and it was quick and easy. Shout out to Oliver who was a big help. Highly recommend and would go with them again in the future no question.

Two things that stand out for me with this place - 1 convenient, clean, easy to navigate location/facilities, and 2 first rate customer service experience. Competitive rates and a whole lot more. David made the entire experience that much easier. Would recommend to anyone.

Dont bother looking anywhere else, this location is the best youre going to find. Clean, well lit, exceptional customer service via Mike and all other staff. I had beem hunting around for something a little more suitable during my move and I found it here. I tip my hat to the staff who are exceptionally friendly and knowledgable, along with having the best rates on storage in town. Seriously, this place is the best youre going to find.

Friendly staff, reasonable sized units for the price. Convenient location.
