This is the cleanest storage facility I've ever seen. The team there was all very friendly and helpful and took the time to show me multiple units and answer all of my questions. Shout out to Gary who was incredibly kind and a pleasure to deal with when finalizing my contract and running through the ins and outs of the facility. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for clean and affordable storage in Vancouver.
The staff at Nationwide storage are all amazing! Faydra is an efficient and capable manager who guides her well-chosen staff with kindness and a smile. All of the staff members know their jobs and care about the clients, putting them first. They are friendly, supportive and helpful. I would hire any one of them in a Courtenay, Gary, Stephane, Corey Faydra - thank you for your unfailing efficiency and smiling support during the Inflation Damnation adventure. Without you the project would not have succeeded!
I was pleasantly surprised with my experience at NationWide Self Storage Vancouver. From the start, their online information was super helpful. Unlike a lot of other storage sites, Nationwide are forthcoming about pricing and availability and don't try to hide it from you prices were also competitive and reasonable. Everyone I spoke to on the team was extremely helpful and were always looking to accommodate whatever I might reasonably need. The morning I came in to sign my contract and pay ended up being unexpectedly busy with lots of issues happening all at once right after opening - Gary was on site and handled everyone's needs smoothly and calmly, keeping up a positive friendly demeanor. I don't write reviews often, but would recommend Nationwide in Vancouver whether you're storing short term or long term, they're well versed and knowledgable at accommodating a wide range of storage needs in a personable manner. Thanks for all your help!
A great and clean place to store all your belongings. Gary was great at showing us around. The space is spotless and it's great how they embrace technology. Everything is just so convenient to do over your phone. 5 stars!
Gary is an absolute legend, always helpful. Had a friend of mine set up a unit today and he made sure I got a referral bonus and a car wash gift certificate. The guys a gem. The storage unit itself is good too.
With the phone app I can manage employee shared access immediately and in real time. No need for passcodes or keys. The facility is clean and warm. Staff is friendly and helpful. I've always had a place to park and carts to use. The hours of operation are convenient.
I have been renting my storage unit in the Pender location for more than 2 years and I have to say that every single person there is amazing. I have been travelling aroud the world and I had no problem at all whenever I needed a friend of mine to access the unit or any other issue. Definitely, I wouls recommend them 100%. I came in today to get a storage unit and I was extremely impressed with the service from Simey and Gary. They both answered all my questions and also cracked a few jokes. The no key access app is a game changer. Excited to head back to the building. Thank you both again for the amazing service.
Super efficient and clean facility. I liked the app controlled entry and exit, made it really easy to come and go whenever wanted. Friendly and helpful staff. Reasonable prices. Would use again.
