I am a first time customer here and Garry was extremely helpful, very patient and provided us with options as to which size would fit our needs as well as the availability of the storage according to sizes. He is an epitome of what customer service should be like. They sell boxes and locks as well.  As for the storage, I am very impressed. The place is very neat and well-lighted. You have to sign in and sign out everytime you come in so I find it very safe. Their price point is pretty reasonable. Highly recommended place for safe and quality storage.

Garry helped immensely with connecting my wife and i with a storage unit in short order. Very professional and also no pressure at all. Goes at your own pace. Thanks for the help!

The storage units here are the cleanest and feel the most secure of any self storage company I've visited. And Gary goes that extra step to put the customer service here beyond. It's at a great price point and you'll feel good about leaving your belongings here. Definitely at the top of my list if I ever need some extra storage again in future.

Fantastic facility. Garry is a great guy to deal with. The place is clean and modern and the  set up great. The loading bays are at a good height and all the carts are right there , ready to go.  I found the prices competitive and would certainly use Storguard again if the need arose. Decent prices for moving supplies in the front office as well . Convenient location for anyone in South Burnany , East Burnaby and Uptown NW.

I have had my valuable itens at this facility for over 2 years now and couldnt be happier. This place is clean and very secure. The hours are also very convenient and the friendly face behind the counter, Garry, he is so kind and helpful. Other places may cost a bit less but you run the high risk of bringing silverfish into your home if you were to bring anything back from your locker. So far I’ve had no issues whatsoever. This place is clean, convenient and professionally staffed. Highly recommend

Rented two units from here. 10x10ft. Staffs are amazing. Prices are great. Also it’s very close to my place. Definitely recommended!

Locker is clean and have 60 different sizes of lockers for you to choose. Gary is very nice, help me out a lot when I have questions .

I’ve been using the storage for a month and I’m very impressed by their service - very professional customer oriented service, very clean and safe facility with a convenient access to my storage lot. The facility has everything you need for moving your stuff - dollies of any size, big elevator, gates with convenient access so you don’t have to carry your goods from parking to the storage lot.  Would definitely recommend!
