Storage for Your Life - Parksville (Vancouver Island)

We've rented a spot for over a year here and it's been a good experience. The cost was reasonable and Mary-Anne has been very helpful whenever we had a request or question. We will definitely continue to utilize SFYL for our storage needs.

The customer service was amazing! Mary-Anne helped me through every step including coordinating the delivery time with my moving company in Ontario, choosing the proper unit size and keeping me informed regarding every detail. As this was my first experience with a storage facility, I had lots of questions and Mary-Anne was always happy to help! My belongings were in the unit during the rainy, damp winter months and every single item remained clean, dry and safe. I was able to access the unit easily whenever I needed to. I was impressed from start to finish!

Unfortunate experience with mold in our unit. After being reassured items would be fine we moved in. Months later to find mold spores and patches on items. Not handled very well by management. On the plus side the office staff onsite were pleaseant to deal with.

When it comes to storage and friendly service, this is as good as it gets. The staff was very helpful and friendly. They all made us feel very welcomed to the island as we have just moved here. Hands down the best storage place to rent from at a very affordable rate. Thanks Storage For Your Life for all your help!
