Hello! I'm John and I am the proprietor of Stony Lake Inn. After buying the business 7 years ago, I've been dedicated to serving my customers and my community. I'm proud to call Stony Lake my home and I hope that you will stop by and let us get to know you!

Stony Lake Inn is a family-friendly restaurant and bar. Locally renowned for our perch dinners, deep fried asparagus, and our Certified Angus Beef burgers & steaks; we take the quality of our food and our service seriously.

I got the chicken Alfredo and I will not do it again. I thought it was gross. The chicken was not chicken breast and the whole texture threw me off. Every thing else was good. I will say their salads are freaking amazing. Bummer it came after our meal and when we were almost finished. Our server was nice. My vodka tonic was good. The place was clean

The steaks are awesome here.  I am not sure about the last review.  I have never been disappointed.  If there was a problem, I am sure the staff would replace it.  I have been dinning at the Stony Inn for over 10 years.  Excellent food and a terrific staff.  I am a really big fan of the chef salad and homemade ranch dressing as well when I have a lite appetite.  The broasted chicken is a good option as well.

Food was pretty good, they were extra busy, so service could've been better but we had a big group. We appreciate all the work y'all did to make us happy 

Very good food! Good atmosphere. I’d give it 4.5/5 only because they’re a bit slower for service up here - but makes sense since we’re used to quick city service! Loved the walleye & everyone liked the burgers

Stopped here after horseback riding.  It's a little outdated, hole in the wall place with good service and great food. My friend had the Michigan salad and said it was delicious.  We shared the onion rings and honestly the best I've had in a long time.  I have whe broasted chicken that was extremely tasty with Mashed potato and a salad.  The salad was very fresh and cold.  I highly recommend this location and will definitely return when in town.  To the chef 

This place is in a great location but laid out rather odd. The food is great after u have been out all day in the sun, but I wouldn't go here looking for a really nice meal or anything expensive. However, It is right next to not 1 but 2 beaches! Lake Michigan and Stony Lake! Which makes it great for everyone nearby. Servers were nice and the bartenders were good ppl too. HIGHLY recommend their BLT and their pulled pork sandwich.

Amazing food. Love there french dip and burrito!! Locals are beyond friendly!!

We had a great experience here. The fish was cooked to perfection! Autum was very nice and took great care of us. The burgers are also good.

Poor service. Waited about an hour after ordering food before deciding to leave. Had to ask server for a refill and even that took roughly 15 minutes and didn’t even bother grabbing the empty glasses or checking on us in between to inform us of the wait or offer an appetizer. Dining room was empty for 20 minutes.Still no food. Short staff or not, maybe fill the customers orders within the facility rather the to-go boxes that we watched  start stacking up in the kitchen.

I think the food here is wonderful. I had the ribeye with mashed potatoes and cooked apples for dinner one night, and the fried asparagus another night. The fried asparagus is amazing. You should definitely give that a try. I was disappointed that asparagus is not a side item for dinner, since it's grown locally and they have plenty available. Located right next to Camp Miniwanca. Friendly staff and good food.
