So glad that we found this store! The selection is excellent, with many options. The prices might seem higher than lower end stores offer, but the quality of the furniture makes it an excellent value. All of the staff were very helpful without being pushy. Georgina was amazingly patient with us as we asked a million questions and dithered over fabric choices and payment options. I would highly recommend this store to anyone looking for furniture.

We were in the store and had the pleasure of dealing with Monique. She took the time to walk thru the store to help us find what we liked. The problem is with the manager. We came in to PURCHASE the couch and chairs. I asked for a discount as that is the way things work in the world of retail. Especially on big ticket items. Stoney Creek furniture is know for high prices. The sales rep asked the manager to see if their was anything that could be done. She went to his office and came back with a flat NO, we don’t discount here. I asked to speak with the manager to maybe see if he would give us a break of a couple hundred dollars on $6000 purchase. He came to where we were sitting and introduced himself as Terry the manager. He looked at me and said “that is the price. We don’t discount our prices” turned and walked away. He was also very considering in his approach. I looked at the sales person and said sorry but he just blew a deal. I work in retail and have for 28yrs. We bend to earn a customers business. You can’t always get top price but you can always get a customer and usually keep a customer when you work with them. If Terry was part of my staff.... he wouldn’t be around long. I find it strange that an owner of a business let’s profit walk out the door. You need to look around. There are a lot of other furniture stores and with a little work you can find one that carries the same product at a cheaper price and willing to work for our business.

Not bad selection but pretty pricey. We were hunting for a sofa and It seemed that everything was 3k and up. Pretty generic but seemed like quality products.

Would like to thank the sales staff for taking care of all my needs and explaining everything to me clearly so I understood. Like to thank Wally and his delivery team. Francis and his partner did an excellent job bringing in and setting up my furniture even with the tight opening they had to bring my furniture thru. Thanks again team for making my first shopping experience at Stoney Creek furniture a good one.

This store has a remarkable number of options for furniture, helpful staff, and good quality furniture. Unlike many other furniture stores that offer 10 variations of the same sofa, this place offers you truly meaningful choices and the opportunity to customize your purchase.
