I dropped into Ashley's Stoney Creek outlet just by chance. I had been looking at replacing a number of antiquated pieces in my living-room but I had not planned to make a purchase at this time. I looked around the store but did not see anything that excited my interest. Just as I was leaving, I noticed the perfect setting. I inquired regarding price & details from your expert sales representative, Nerissa Bailey. She was able to answer all of my inquiries to my satisfaction and offered me a suitable price within my budget. I'm very happy with the service I received and I can't wait to take delivery of my new love seat and 2 new reclining chairs!

Bought a bed... Then went back to purchase additional pieces to order. People are awesome! Prices are reasonable for the quality. Happy and would go back.

I have had a poor experience with Ashley Furniture and would not recommend any purchase there. Stay away if you want quality and service! My leather furniture (both love seat and couch) fell apart a few months after purchase. It’s been four months of waiting and still no repairs. They told me there was no chance of credit or exchange once it’s been in your house despite being expensive furniture with issues and being obviously poorly constructed.

Love this location, Its by far the best Ashley we have been too. Robert Lacey and the rest of the staff are amazing and always go above an beyond to make sure you find what you want or need! Super happy with our experience dealing with the Stoney Creek/hamilton location.

Stopped by Ashley furniture today and was fortunate to be helped by Nerissa. She was very helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and genuine. She spent a generous amount of time helping me find the perfect furniture for my space. She made my furniture shopping experience a very pleasant positive experience!
