Stonecroft Inn is so much better than a normal hotel. The staff do everything they can to make you comfortable. The rooms and bathrooms are immaculate, lots of plugs/charging stations, quiet, peaceful. Breakfast was very fresh. I stay at hotels a lot but don’t often post about them but this one is special.
The motel it's self is nice. It's new and the rooms in good shape.nThe room - nice plush bed. Pillows were comfortable. The toilet is next to the shower, which I don't love. They still use small bottle for shampoo, lotion etc.. Which is not great, thats a lot of wasted plastic. The carpets err clean and my room had a fridge, a microwave, utinsels and a small kitchenette.nThere is ample space in the room.nThe tv is very mediocre and has seriously early millenial vibes. No option to cast like most modern tvs in other hotels.nThere was keurig in the room with Tim horton coffee pods.nThe heating / ac unit is new yet it did some clicky sound eveytime it turned on. It woke me up every time it started.nThe main lobby has little to no ameneties.nThe lobbies do not have vending machines. The front desk personally are rather pleasantnI didn't not try the continental breakfast that was included but I saw cereal, yogurt and some pastries and coffee.nThe neighbors were too loud, and I think it's a reflection of the neighborhood. They were fighting loudly and has no hotel etiquette all night long. Then they smoked in the lobby, the lobby smelled a nauseating ash tray.nOverall the state of the hotel is good, the neighbourhood is not and the clientel will negatively impact your experience. I don't recommend this motel
I stay here when in Windsor for work. Good location halfway between downtown and US access and industrial in south and and east areas. Rooms are clean. Staff helpful. Lots of parking. Close to some shopping spots if you need something. Capri Pizza next door is solid for good takeout too.
We had a great stay. Breakfast was good and so was the coffee. Staff were helpful, room and clean and cozy. Very comfy bed. Great location for our visit. We have stayed there three times, multiple days each time, always very satisfied.
this should be a 4 star hotel, staff was amazing, whole place was spotless, clean. room was great, very clean bathroom and room. comfortable bed, couldn't hear other guests at all, not noisy. breakfast free and great selection! price was very nice. all around great place, would stay again and highly recommend!
