I usually don’t enjoy Pho, but I was convinced by a friend to try it here and it was worth it! The meat was fresh, and the service was quick and friendly. They have a huge drink selection too, my favorite being the Thai Tea. I was also impressed by the modern decor, and clean eating environment that you usually don’t see at a Vietnamese restaurant.
My new go to pho place. The broth is one of the best in town! It is on the expensive side but worth the splurge. Chicken wings were good. Bot chien was okay. Bonus: They give bottled water vs tap water in cup Service was excellent. It gets quite packed so go in between peak times.
Food: 5/5 - I got the P1 Pho Special. The bowl was huge!! And came out piping hot! The broth was delicious with the perfect balance of beef and herb flavors. They are generous with how much meat they give you and are generous with the toppings as well bean sprout, basil, lime. The size of the bowl was very large and I could not finish it by myself. Atmosphere: 2/5 - Small restaurant and feels like you’re sitting very close to other tables. We came here when it was 90 degrees out and it felt like it was the same temperature inside the restaurant. I was sweating by the end of my meal, especially after eating the pho. They provided room temperature water bottles and we had to ask for an ice cup. Overall, I’d say it was a good experience and I’d definitely go back with friends.
They Definitely give you your $ worth when it comes to the food I had tons of meat and noodles in my pho, also very flavorful broth. Service was good server was very helpful when asking questions. CON: the restaurant is small feels cluttered when full was empty when arrived but had hard time leaving out but I'd still come back
Food was amazing and delicious. Loved the abundance of onions in my pho broth. The P1 pho was a large and decent portion of noodles, meat, meatballs, tripe, and loved the tendon chunks. Spring rolls were fresh and the wrap was not chewy like at some other places. Will definitely come back for the food. Service was ok. They gave us a Kirkland/Costco water bottle when we sat down, and came back to take our order fairly quick, but that was it for service. Would have liked more water "refill" but they never came back to check once we got our food. We had to wait about 15 minutes for the bowl of pho, and it came out much later than the rest of the food, even the lo mein we ordered came out much sooner with the banh mi. At least the person who brought out the pho apologized for the long wait. The restaurant is too small and crowded. There's very little space to move, and seats are tight to the table, and to the person behind you. Definitely not ADA friendly. The floor was slippery/oily too. Wheelchair accessibility: Not very wheelchair accessible, small restaurant with tight space, very little room to maneuver.
Our favorite pho spot as of now. We ordered 1 stone pho and 1 regular beef and brisket pho. Broth was flavorful and still light in taste. We also ordered the banh mi to go, ate it for dinner at home. So good and they packed the sandwich with lots of meat and veggies. Cannot wait to go and have more. Went on a Wednesday during lunch. Staff was friendly and friendly.
Food was actually not a disappointment. I got the bun bo hue and grilled pork bahn mi. BF got the special pho and special bahn mi. The pho broth was beyond flavorful and the bun bo hue was just as good. They were generous on the meat in both bowls. Will definitely have to come back with family. Customer service could be more attentive considering it was not super busy when we went around noon on a weekday. Side note - I did appreciate the fact that they handed water bottles to us instead of normal tap water. I hope they recycle though
Its portion is generous. Stone pho is served with very hot boiled broth and once meat are dipped they will become awesome and delicious. A nice experience.
Very tasty! The stone pho is a fun gimmick and comes with lots of meat also helps keep the broth hot, but probably would order the regular pho the next time. Special rolls are also great.Recommended dishes
Food was pretty good, only giving 3 stars because the service really wasn’t good. We had questions about the menu and our server didn’t really care to explain anything. We probably won’t ever return just because of that.
