It's a small restaurant, and it seems family owned. The customer service was great. There was only one person, but she worked hard. She was extremely kind and pleasant, spoke English, very friendly, and def left her a great tip! The food was delicious! Everything we ordered was really good and flavorful. From the eggrolls, wings, and I had the Vermercelli salad with chicken. The chicken was tender, nicely grilled, moist, and flavorful. Their pho broth was extremely good! You almost don't need to add anything aside from spice and veggies. I forgot to take a picture of the pho, though. Ohhh, and one more.. their fried rice was great, too! It wasn't all soft and mushy. It was actually fried! The parking wasn't the best bc it is located in a super busy spot so give yourself a little time to find parking. It was free but just a lot of traffic and we went on a Thursday evening.
Love, love, love Red Kitchen. I eat here once or twice a week, and have never had a bad experience. The owners are very friendly and put out some phenomenal dishes with very generous portion sizes. From the new fried pork belly, to the lemon chicken wings, the cream cheese wontons, amazing pho, and more! Highly recommend adding Red Kitchen to your restaurant rotation.
This place rocks! By far the best Bun Bo Hue in the twin cities. The broth is balanced, ingredients are aromatic, and veggies are fresh and vibrant. Best of all, they make their own chili oil from Carolina reaper peppers and it is spicy! No crazy nonsense, simply a traditional Vietnamese dish with phenomenal execution. If you’re a phonatic, their pho is also great. Broth is clear and a lot of attention to detail so that it’s flavorful. I didn’t have to add any sriracha or hoisin sauce. Those of you that love pho know exactly what I’m talking about. Definitely a gem for Vietnamese food. You won’t be disappointed!
This place is very clean, nice location. The food as okay, the pho broth is a little sweet. Same as the fried dumping sauce. Wonton was perfect. If you're in the area, should give it a try.
Now ranked my Top 3 Pho place in Minnesota. I've tried almost every single Pho place in Minnesota as my goal from up north to down south. My top 3 is Lotus Garden and Red Kitchen ties for my #1 and Thai Vinyh as #2. Like everyone knows, Pho isn't Pho if the broth doesn't taste good. Compared to Stone Pho, I had the past weekend Red Kitchen's Pho blows Stone Pho out of the water. Atmosphere I only rated 4 stars because the place was small but the Pho was bomb. Now to try the other 2 Pho place north from here and to crown who is Pho King of Blaine area.
Atmosphere was great! It was a great experience. Family loved it! Gave it 5 stars because the food was phenomenal!!! Pho is on point, and can't complain about the portion! If you haven't tried it, YOU SHOULD!
The food was fresh and very good! The server acknowledged us by name while we ate there; it made it a lot more personable. I do recommend! We ordered a chicken fried rice and sesame chicken for 2 people: could've shared it between at least 3! Kid-friendliness: They have highchairs for babies
Got here on a weekday when they just opened up. Got the pho and fried crispy pork bellies. Pho was very flavorful and rich broth. Fried pork bellies had some good seasonings and went well with the pho. Overall I'll come back for the pho. Place was small with a few large tables with benches.Food: 5/5
The best Pho and Bun Bo Hue in the Metro Minnesota area! The portions are huge for the price you pay and the owners are generous. The wait is typical like other places but definitely worth the wait. 1st time eating here today and will definitely not be my last.
Small restaurant, we order first and pay and then can sit anywhere we want. We have beef fried rice, pork lo mein and special pho. The fried rice was a little crispy, the lo mein noodle was a super yummy, the sauce was just right. The pho was super delicious. I love it.
