I had a good experience with the salesperson in the showroom (who no longer works there) and have had nothing but problems ever since. They were very difficult to schedule and appointment for installation and once they finally scheduled it they did not show up. After several attempts they finally showed up but did not finish the job, installing all my perimeter counters but not my island. When at last they installed the island I found that they missed drilling faucet holes. When, after several phone calls & messages they finally drilled the holes, I found damage to the counter. I have been trying for weeks to get them to install the stove strip, fix the damage and repair the poor workmanship on the sink installation and they will not return any of my phone calls. I would never recommend this company and wish I had not used them.

We had exactly the same experience as Megan! Nobody could get a hold of anyone - no receptionist, out of town, etc... Our dual sink counter was improperly templated and the one sink is off over an inch. Hitesh will not fix it or replace it. In a nutshell "it's a templating error but not a big one". Because the sinks are siliconed in at install they too are ruined if replaced. For the money spent on Caesarstone I would never recommend this company-ever! They will ruin your product and then charge you for it and threaten legal action if you don't pay (even if ordered through GC). The other counters edges can be disguised at least - overall Craftsmanship not applicable here - keep looking!
