Jadestone Ltd.

Bought my counters at Ikea, and Jadestone was their installer. Just over a year later a big crack appeared on my large island. Ikea sent me to the manufacturer, Hanstone,, who blew me off since it was just past warranty. Jadestone was aware that a lot of customers were having trouble with he Hanstone product, and did a great job applying leverage to Hanstone, and got me a replacement under warranty. There was a lot of back and forth to get the installation done right - otherwise would have been 5 stars.

Couldn't be happier with the experience we had working with Gemma and Jadestone. Installers were great and did a perfect job. Highly recommend.

We dealt with Jade Stone for renovations to our Studio/Art Gallery and couldn’t have been happier. Kelly, with their sales team was very professional and responded promptly to all emails. Chris’ measurements for the granite installation were precise and he and Richard did an outstanding job with the installation. They were prompt, courteous, respectful and extremely careful. We could not have been happier and would not hesitate to recommend them!

Not sure if there has been changes made since the other reviews.. but we had a splendid experience with Jade Stone Calgary. They're very quick and didn't "send us home" with something subpar. I'll be recommending to my friends and family, and keeping them in mind for future renovations
