Every single meal I have eaten here has been 10/10. Their food is consistent and delicious, and the service is out of this world. While the menu prices seem high, portion sizes, taste, and quality of food certainly make it worth it. You are definitely missing out if you haven't eaten here. Their chef/cook create their food with passion and pride, and that certainly comes out on the plate.
STMR.36 has a real upbeat feel to it. The servers are excellent and friendly. Their nachos are delicious and the presentation is impressive. They may look pricey on the menu, but there is easily enough for four people. The server advised us that it is possible to ask for a half order, which is good news if you are planning on eating a main course as well! The nachos in the pictures are a full order.
Fredericton’s top restaurant. Everything is always delicious and fresh. Perfect for date night, get dressed up and enjoy a nice meal, with a great atmosphere. The brisket is so good, tender and always a good portion. The tallow whipped potatoes never disappoint. I would recommend this place to anyone.Recommended dishesBlooming Onion, BBQ, Pit Boss Platter
We visited during the holiday break and their lunch special was delicious. My spouse had been there a couple of weeks earlier and the mac and cheese had not been hot on the interior so we proactively requested it be fully heated on this visit, however, it was not. I had to seek out our server because they did not check in after the delivery of the food. They took it away to be heated more and when the mac and cheese was returned it was deliciously bubbly. Again, it would have been nice if our server had checked in to ensure everything was okay, especially a given the issue. Perhaps the individual was new in their role and so we'll give them the benefit of the doubt. There was the second server on the floor and they were incredible in their attentiveness and personality. Regardless, the food was very good and we will be returning.
Beautiful space and atmosphere located at the back of the Delta Fredericton hotel over looking the majestic Wolostoq River. We tried the lunch platter and chose both the ribs and the brisket. The ribs were on the dry side with a sauce that was too tangy for my taste but the brisket was awesome. Loaded with Smokey goodness and the sides were on point, can’t go wrong with either the house saladwith crumbled blue cheese or the caesar with real bacon bits. Mac and cheese was Uber cheesy and the fries were on point. The picked veg was a nice touch to help break it up. My only wish was for a small piece of cornbread to accompany the meal. Overall a great meal I will be returning for in the near future.
This is the place to go for a more upscale, better quality meal and service in Fredericton. Go at 4pm when the menu changes to dinner, as it's quieter and service is quicker. We got the Pit Boss Platter, it was amazing. We 2 ppl could only eat half! Portions are huge! 5 stars overall.Food: 5/5
This is NOT your average hotel restaurant! From start to finish, this meal was 10/10. My girlfriend and I started with a couple of cocktails highly recommend the lemonade Moscow Mule and decided to go with "The Experience" for two. They were happy to accomodate the fact that I don't eat red meat and it was SO MUCH FOOD! It was just the two of us and it was definitely enough food to feed 4 people. 3 appetizers, beer, half a chicken, a piece of salmon, brisket and all the fixings, two shots PLUS dessert...and each item was DELICIOUS. Needless to say, we had enough for lunch the next day. I wish I could remember our servers name because he was fantastic as well. I would definitely recommend eating here for any occasion, it was a blast!
I’ve had brisket, mac & cheese, roasted sweet potato, and pickled veg before.. but never had any of them anywhere near this good. Next level food and service at chain restaurant prices. Can’t recommend enough.
Highly recommend for date night! Even a group dinner! We had fantastic service from the waitress and even the restaurant director. We decided to go for “The Experience,” it did not disappoint the chef put together a menu of a snack, apps, mains, and desserts, that all complemented each other. The restaurant director brought us some bourbon before our main came to the table which was absolutely amazing! The team was very knowledgeable and accommodating of food allergies. This menu option gives a lot of food, so we had dinner today and left overs for the both of us tomorrow. “The experience” is on the pricey side but well worth it given the amount and quality of the menu the chef had chosen. It’s also extremely fun to be surprised and excited to see what they’re going to bring out next! This is a must menu option that more restaurants should provide! I would love to see if the chef changes up the chosen menu seasonally. Definitely will do again. Thank you for a fabulous evening!
i would not describe this as a hotel restaurant. it’s a restaurant that so happens to be in a hotel. we went on a friday night so service was definitely a bit slow the place was packed but the food was amazing. it is a bit pricey but worthwhile for special occasions
