Hands down the best catering/delivery service I have ever received. If you’re looking for lunch for a conference or staff party, look no further these folks have it handled. Whether it’s the wonderful attitude from the lady on the phone taking your order or the kind smile from the restaurant manager himself delivering it to you, they go above and beyond. To top it all off the meals are always delicious and never anything wrong or missing, they get it right. Will definitely be ordering for lunch again and will definitely let anyone else I know looking for catering to head this way!!! Dietary restrictions: For those that don’t know, St Hubert’s had been peanut and nut free since 2004. If you are looking for a allergy sensitive restaurant this is the place for you!
This was the DIRTIEST RESTAURANT I have ever been in. Booths were dirty and stained. Restrooms were dirty. All the glass in restaurant was very dirty windows and doors. Very dark... very little light! Cleaning bucket was absolutely filthy and guy cleaned bathroom and then delivered our food to us! Needs to be checked by the Department if Health!! The disability door wasn't working properly and nearly knocked me over! NEVER GOING BACK! Had a coupon for 2 for $21.99 and was charged $30 extra for white meat!!
It's 2pm, it's steady, not packed. Every table is dirty other than 3-5. Items on their menu like shakes and soup, are not available at this location. Staff is difficult to understand, and the bathrooms are...sticky. Like layers of dried beer sticky. Ordering is convoluted, and difficult. This is a location combined with a Harvey's, and the same person takes your order for both, but each transaction has to be done as a separate transaction. And then the two don't work together so you get some things coming out instantly and a wait for others. The food was meh for the price.
This has got to be one of the most greediest restaurants in Fredericton. Went there today and their staff is going crazy due to system failures. Waited on the drive thru for about half an hour, inside was no better. Manager explained that the system was down and that their doing their best. But how is your system down but you’re operating 2 kitchens? I watched staff dash, dive and run for about 20 minutes. I asked when the system would be up and was told their not 100% sure but hopefully by Monday. Shame on whoever is managing this store from afar ! From viewing the cameras and drive thru footage alone you can tell that these employees are being slaved! Also, they were one of the very few places opened during that terrible snow storm a few weeks back. Management DOES NOT CARE about me employees ! Just makes me think of hurling. I’ll pray for their workers
What used to be a great dining experience has morphed to a lower quality take out. No longer staff offering unlimited coleslaw, mints etc. Meals are smaller yet more expensive,overall the experience has lessened. I suspect an attempt to offer a refined and cheaper offering, but I think it's gone too far.Food: 3/5
Wanted a club sandwich and hot chicken sandwich was told they had no bread to make either sandwich. Then we order and went to site down and 80% of the table weren't clean,finally found a spot to site down . The French fry were under cook,for approximately $ 38 for two people ,I would not recommend this place . This was Friday night at approximately 7pm . Not the same place that use to be before covid. When we left at approximately 8pm pretty much all the tables were filled with the previous occupancy and some people were actually moving some the leftover or garbage of the table so that they could site down. With covid and everything not good at all,use your own judgment .
The food that did arrive was good, although the wrap was significantly smaller than usual. We were most disappointed bc we ordered the Holiday special meal , and did not receive 3 of the listed items - there was no dessert slice of yule log, no roll, and no fruit jam for the meat pie. Essentially we receved an economix meal but paid an extra 10 dollars for it. Additionally the meat pie was still cold in the centre. We had also ordered 3 different condiments, and only received a couple of ketchup packets. The delivery person was great though :
I have gone here a few times, but the last few times, have been horrible. When you order food, the commentary of what you order, and who it is for, is not needed. Also why is it so hard, to order from the Harvey's menu, and the St Hubert menu at the same time? Order a coleslaw, and no fork. Bad service every time I go. No more!
I was driving home from PEI and stopped here because I was starving and went thought drive thru. I ordered just a poutine, it was around 14$, at the window they asked for a tip. Which is weird but I tipped 18% which brought the price to 18$ total. I waited probably 20 minutes and went I got out on the highway I didn’t have a fork. So I tipped, waited forever and had no fork to eat my poutine with, or the coleslaw it came with. If you’re going to ask drive thru for tips, the service needs to be better. Come on.
I went with my sister to this store for dine in and I should mention the service was top notch. I saw the manager going to every tables and asking how was everything . So it was really appreciated specially in fast food restaurants.
