Since 1975, Stitches has been the shopping destination for consumers looking for quality fashion at a fraction of the cost.

Story

In 1975 Stitches started off with just a single retail store in the heart of downtown Toronto. We have now grown to over 75 locations nationwide, catering to young adults all over Canada. Stitches is successful because we listen to our customers and evolve to offer teens aged 14 to 18 trendy quality fashion at affordable prices. Quality is key to gaining our customers trust and we are constantly improving our product to ensure we offer styles that not only fit but last. Product and price are not the only factors in our ever-growing success. Stitches provides a high-energy retail environment for our customers that contributes to an enjoyable and positive atmosphere. Friendly staff are always available to help you find that perfect piece. I went in with my backpack not knowing the "policy" of this branch. The cashier was rude and her tone was almost accusatory that I will be shoplifting from their 3 for $10 sale items. I called and talked to someone named Jen who is equally arrogant and rude. I told her about the incident and to check that people who are getting in the store are all following the rules since I have seen most of the with their bags and even strollers inside! She said "purse" and " strollers" are allowed. For a clothing store with cheap substandard materials, I am not surprised that they hire the same kind of people in that branch. Trash.

Website does not allow for this Winnipeg location. according to the store locator ALL stitches stores are located in the TORONTO area ONLY in all of CANADA!! :( So much for online shopping.

No fitting rooms, and exchange only in 14 days, the clothing is on the small side. Avoid, unless you have extra small size
