Made a gorgeous arrangement for our family for Thanksgiving!

If I could give this business zero stars, I would. My husband bought me valentines days flowers here for three consecutive years and each year he purchased was an attempt to give them a chance to make up for shoddy service the previous year but coming on year three, we have had it. One dozen long stemmed roses cost nearly $100, poorly organized in a vase with some flowers much shorter and some much longer. It is as if they did not care. Aside from the hideous arrangement how could you mess up roses?! they died within 2 days. By the end of the day half of the rose tops were hanging and by the second day they were all hanging, limp and lifeless. Two of the three years my husband gave a specific pick up time request and both times when he arrived for pick up, he was told to come back in two hours. Each time he returned they were extremely rude with a piss poor attitude. The people at this florist are extremely unprofessional, uncaring and just simply unaccommodating. I wouldn't be surprised if this was another Wilton business closing shop.
