I wasn't even a part of today's bridal party, yet I was disgusted by the unprofessionalism. I was the hairstylist who witnessed Steve not only deliver the flowers a day later than promise, but he was also missing the flower crowns requested by the bride for her bridesmaids. When asked where the missing flower crowns were, he replied "I ran out of flowers" - and that was it! He didn't offer her a discount, he didn't offer to give them extra flowers to use, and he didn't in anyway try to make it right. Instead the bride had to send somebody out to buy flowers from the store, and I had to spend an extra hour and a half pinning in flowers to look like crowns for each bridesmaid. This was not my mistake, it was his, yet I was left having to fix it. Had he delivered the flowers on time yesterday like he should have, maybe they could've work something out, but since he was a day late on delivery, it was a total disaster. Mistakes happen, but as someone in the customer service field, you should do your best to try to compensate your client for your mistake. I was horrified at what I witnessed today!
