Steve Tomlin State Farm Insurance

I had been with another State Farm agent for 15 years before he decided to become a broker and my file was automatically transferred to Steve Tomlin's office. I wish it had been transferred years earlier. The one thing I like most is the fact that someone ALWAYS answers the phone. I have never been put on hold or had to deal with an answering machine. Sometimes it would take my old provider days to get back to me. I have mostly dealt with Ray and he's just so great and efficient. He gives me quick quotes over the phone and makes sure I'm getting the coverage I need. Might I add that they also make sure you are getting all of your proper discounts which saved me over $200 on my insurance this year. I know it almost sounds like I work for them, but I am just extremely happy with the customer service I receive each time I call. Highly, highly recommend this agent.

Always have a good experience with them. Every time I call they answer all questions I have and when I tell them who I am they remember me right away. I have had Steve Tomlin come out to me at the pizza place beside his office and ask me how my meeting at his office went and he stood and talked with me for a few minutes and it was super friendly :)
