I have the most beautiful ring thanks to Steve at Marshman Jewelers. Steve assisted us with everything from size, design and placement. His staff is amazing and very personable. They kept us updated on the progress and let us know as soon as it was ready. Quick and quality service is whats to be had dealing with Marshman Jewelers. Their experience and attention to detail really shows in the quality of this ring. We recommend them to anyone needing a trustworthy jeweler who is attentive to the needs of their clients and provide excellent quality at reasonable prices.

I cannot say enough about the professionalism of Steve Marshman and how personable all the staff are. My wife wanted to have her engagement ring reset in a new design with wedding bands made to match. After Steve spending hours of one on one time with us, he designed and provided us with a CAD drawing of what the ring would look like. The drawing was incredible but when we picked the ring up a week later it left my wife, staff and other customers in the store speechless. The brilliance and design of the ring was far beyond our expectations and nicer than anything we had ever seen in other high end jewellery stores. Still to this day my wife gets stopped everywhere we go and asked where she got her rings. In addition to this, Steve designed a wedding band for me that spins and is cast with the tire tread pattern of my beloved Harley Davidson rear wheel. I would recommend Steve Marshman Fine Jewellery & Custom Design with creating any piece, no matter how big or small. His gems and goldsmithing work is flawless and he ensures that he stands behind all his workmanship with pride. His motto of 'our only limitation is your imagination" is exactly that. I have recommended Steve and his work to all my friends, family and co-workers who have also trusted him with creating that perfect piece for loved ones. Don't waste your time going to other stores; it's worth the drive to Belleville and creating the piece of your dreams right the first time all while saving money.

Steve and his staff are very personable, but that is where my good experience ends. My fiance purchased my ring and I only wore it one day after he proposed as we were down south. The ring kept catching on everything and kept having threads stuck underneath. The centre sapphire stone was able to spin within the claws. We took it back after we got back asking them to fix the claws and have them resize the ring. I also had them resize another ring and fix the claws on those rings as well... at their suggestion. When I went back to pick up the rings I was happy with how the rings looked. It wasn't very long after when I realized the engagement ring was still catching threads on sweaters, towels etc. I reluctantly went back and was told that the claws were normal. Who am I to question an expert. My other ring under much closer observation had gold on the sapphire stone by all four claws. Under more research I read up on the method of the fix. To me it looks like sloppy work. Getting flux(?)on fine jewelry is a shame. We were also promised an appraisal with the engagement set as well which we never got. I was wearing my ring set one day and went into another well experienced jeweler to ask his opinion. He gave me a magnifying glass to look for myself and there was one claw that wasn't even on the stone. That was why it kept catching threads. He said I should get Steve to fix it. But after returning several times to be told by a professional that this is normal I do not feel comfortable. I will not be back. So after purchasing the set, and getting my claws on my other set 'fixed', I now have to take it to another jeweler and have them fix them at my cost.

Always amazing product choice, service is second to none. We find it our place for unique excellent quality. Steve, the staff and the 4 Ever Expression choices Lindsay offer are simply the best of everything in one location. I have always had such a positive experience. Also, repairs and custom pieces are done on site so this is a great find.
