We have purchased a quick possession home built by Sterling Homes just this past summer. Derek C. has provided exceptional customer service, the process was made easy and comfortable. Very much appreciated the timely responses to any questions we had and we felt well looked-after, viewing our Sterling rep as a partner in the process rather than a customer being "sold" something. The home exceeded our expectations in many ways and we are even now discovering new things about it that impress us. We also value the warranty process and the frequent check ups to ensure any issues are looked after promptly. We have never built a home before, or owned a brand new, but this experience was great and we would highly recommend the Sterling Homes, the Okotoks crew in particular. Thank You!
