I would recommend Meagen to anyone looking for a realtor. She helped me sell my townhome in a difficult market. Meagan is amazing from our first meeting with her when we decided to list our condo, until well after we had purchased and moved into our new home, she was there to help us through it all and really made sure we made the right decisions though everything. The BEST part she worked so hard to sell our condo that it sold in 18 days in the middle of February - during a time other realtors, friends and family told us not to excepting anything. Meagan is the only realtor I will use or recommend from now on.
