Stephens and Holman were fantastic. they lived up to all my expectations and got me a fair settlement. Larry Trach was the lawyer who handled my case and I think he is amazing at his job. I totally recommend Stephens and Holman who were very professional, forthright and honest. Cheri Martin did such an awesome job of communicating with me and keeping things organized and answering all my questions. thanks Cheri.

Stephens and Holman law firm were terrific to work with. They start the process by attending at our home, continuing with excellent follow up, keeping us well informed and involved with the case. I would be remiss if not mentioning paralegal Michelle Sinclair for her very pleasant attitude, extreme helpfulness, and timely response to issues. A thank you to lawyer Larry Trach for all of his hard work, perseverance, and providing advice. I would definitely recommend Stephens and Holman law firm!

The law firm as a whole seems capable and caring. The paralegal, Michelle Sinclair, was absolutely amazing and 100% on the ball. Unfortunately, we can't say the same about the lawyer assigned to our case. Sandy McQuarrie seemed quite detached from the process, to the point where my wife and I were constantly needing to remind him of basic case specifics every time we spoke to him. I think he could have been a good deal more invested in our case and its details, and that if he had been, things would have gone better in the end. All in all, though, having a lawyer to deal with ICBC took a massive amount of stress off our shoulders. This was indispensable, and we'd return to Stephen and Holman again if something came up to requiring legal assistance, although we'd ask to be assigned a different lawyer.

Stephens & Holman were very easy to deal with. Met me at a convenient location so I didn't have to drive too far, kept me in the loop with all dealings with both my doctors and ICBC. The most important part for me was they took the stress away with dealing with ICBC and their constant harassment. Once I engaged these folks ICBC never contacted me again.. it made my recovery process way less stressful, do yourself a favour and give them a call if you're tired of dealing with the bullies at ICBC.. why buy insurance if they aren't going to look out for our best interest... it's the biggest joke. You buy insurance yet they don't look after you when you're hurt.. I should add, I was 100% NOT at fault here ... even the fellow that hit me took full responsibility yet ICBC didn't want to pay for my therapy on my doctors referral. These folks contacted them and they immediately changed their story.. all settled now and no regrets!

Excellent firm from the beginning to the end of the process. Paul Nigol is direct and will answer any of your questions. His knowledge and experience is top notch. Larisa Knutsen (Paralegal) was an awesome person to communicate with throughout the length of our case. Thank you to both of you! I would highly recommend this firm to anyone in need of legal services.
