These people care about winning for you. Not every case is 100% winnable, but the pros at Acumen will certainly do everything they can to win. I think Acumen is the best at what they do, and they have treated me most excellent. I highly recommend their services if you find yourself in the situation that requires professionals to help you out. 5 stars.

I spent nearly $2000 for kyla lee to lose a case for me that they seemed they didnt put any effort into.  Anywhere else would be moore helpful.worstest lawyer.would not recommend

Would NOT recommend. Kyla spent the time answering our questions prior to payment, she was great. After payment, our experience went downhill.

I was helping an friend of mine who is in Vancouver studying from abroad. She had a DUI charge and was sold initially when speaking to Kyla Lee after comparison to other lawyers. In our initial conversation with Kyla, over the phone, she had mentioned that the police officer involved was known to over exaggerate or lie in past cases. We proceeded with the case and made $600 payment. After a week of reviewing the case files, her assistant reached back out to come in to the office and make further payment to proceed with case filings. We came to their office, made another payment of $1200 and had to sign an affidavit to our narrative. Kyla was brief and seemed busy, and was short in her answers; I left it be. Fast forward two weeks later, we followed up to determine our court case, and we were deferred to her assistant for updates. We were forwarded a 21-page document for my friends' Immediate Roadside Prohibition (IRP) by the assistant, mentioning that Kyla would be following up to explain. Have tried reaching her 3 times, leaving voicemail messages and without much luck. I took the time to review the 21-page document and it looked like the points that Kyla tried to challenge had no relations to the officer's integrity (as per discussed in our initial  conversation prior to payment). Simply put, in a DUI case, you can only challenge two points 1) the equipment being used 2) whether you were indeed over the limit. This did not seem so when we spoke to Kyla initiall, as she sold us on being able to challenge the officer's integrity. When I look back at our turn of events: Kyla seemed helpful when she was trying to sell her services (prior to us paying), she simply neglected us when we were already bought in (during the visit in the office), completely deferred our inquiries (after decision). To completely top it off, she responded to us in an email (attached in picture), that she did not have time to call us, but instead replied with a 1087 word email that was clearly an edited template.
