By far the best shoe store in Cornwall. Staff is very courteous and knowledgeable, always willing to take the time with you. Very highly recommended. I won't buy shoes anywhere else.

Went there 12/10/14 although the young woman was polite enough, she could not of been more disinterested or apparently annoyed to have a customer. I wondered aloud at what size my foot might be (I have lost a lot of weight and shoes feel smaller). She handed me a measure and left me to figure it out. I asked questions about some of the boots, she again wasn't totally unhelpful but really? I am looking at spending over $200 and she's BORED? Finally, annoyed, I said "You are going to have to work a little harder to get my money" - we left. I purchased a pair of boots Sorel Snow Lions at a local competitor. This is the reason small pricey shops fail - if you have great customer service - you MIGHT have a chance but as it was, your service can best be described as terrible.
