Check in and appointment personal are efficient and cheerful. Lab & X-ray are helpful and right on top of their jobs. The doctors and their assistants welcome each one with a smile. My doctor Roeser is on top of of my records dating back to 2012. Genuinely cares for me.
came in for possible appendix issues, the doctor herself was very nice however not all that informative. she ordered a blood test down that the lab, and the lady who drew my blood was disgustingly rude. did not greet me when i walked up to the desk the lady sitting next to her greeted me instead she then sternly told me to sit down, it was very obvious i was nervous and i don’t take well with needles, so i was looking away, and instead of trying to be comforting she was yelling at me to hold a stupid cottton ball down on my arm. had no patience and this wasn’t the first time i have had an encounter with this woman, and she has never been nice to me once.
This Message goes out to Dr. Beth Brinkman! On November 24th. which was Thanksgiving I came down with bronchitis. Even though this was a holiday and I did call the hotline Dr. Brinkman gave me a prescription for rhythm myosin and prednisone. I just want to say what a fantastic doctor she is. She looked over my chart and she knows my diagnosis with COPD and was willing to give me the prescription over the phone. I just wanna say thank you for such a great staff at Stella Health and I will be making a appointment to see Dr. Brinkman! Thank you again for your continued support! Sincerely, Janice Sack
Switched to Allina for a few reasons. 1. My doctor never informed me that I had a low vitamin D level. 2. I've had Asthma all my life and every time I went in to get it checked out, all I was told was to lose weight and I would grow out of my Asthma. Meanwhile, I went to urgent care at Allina, and that was the first time they took my Asthma seriously. 3. They never told my dad he had type 2 diabetes for over 9 months. Please fix your system, people go to clinics for a reason.
I was told by this clinic's staff, to schedule an appointment immediately and they'd accommodate me driving from the Monticello location. Because they scheduled it within 5 minutes of me getting there, they assured me I'd be seen quickly despite scheduling. On the drive over, I received a call from a staff member reminding me I would need particular documentation. I did have the documents and that information had been passed on by the previous facility. I arrived 15 minutes late as expected, coming from their Monticello location. Currently, I've waited over an hour to see the doctor, Teresa Wrobbel, MD. Inquiring at the desk, they noted that because I was late, I will be seen later. They knew I was going to be late but told me I would be seen. Unfortunately, that was not the case. Poor communication is the challenge here. Despite the fact I was told one thing very clearly by their staff yet treated with poor customer service, and not accommodated in a professional manner-- I would not recommend this clinic. Be sure to have a lot of time built around your appointment time so you can spend it in the nicely decorated waiting area.
The Urgent Care staff was excellent. Despite coming in fairly late, they treated my daughter very well. The nurses and lab techs were kind, understanding, and professional. We left knowing that we had received a proper diagnosis and the right treatment plan.
Have to call the Billing department 5 times since they are good at hanging up on you. I got easy questions like explaining whats in my receipt since i pay full price and boy that was rough. Also if you have no insurance and wanting to get a discounted rate you need to pay on the spot over the phone. You wont see what is discounted after your get their reciept that they do not know how to explain because that make sense. Otherwise Drs, nurses, and front desk are great just the people working on the phone gives you attitude here and there.
We saw Tony Lesch tonight in urgent care. He was awesome! Very confident and straight to the point. He got my daughter all “fixed up” in no time. The nurses that helped were also amazing. It was my first time at this clinic & it was hands down a great experience. Thank you Tony & Nurses!
Worst experience ever. The doctor had no time for me from the minute she walked into the room. You could tell she had somewhere else she wanted to be. At the end she asked if I had any questions, as I asked she walked out of the room, mumbling her answer. I made it as far as my car and called to file a complaint. Left a message, did get call back, but was basically told my appointment was scheduled for 10 minutes. She listened to me and said she would pass it on as a learning experience. Few weeks later I got a bill in the mail for over $200. I went in for a strep culture, Dr was in the room for less than 2 minutes. Called to say I was not going to pay that ridiculous amount especially for the service I got. Talked to Sue in the business office, she said she would get back to me. Been almost 2 weeks now and I haven't heard anything. Left 2 messages for her to date. I have talked to my insurance company. They told me to file a complaint, which I will do in writing when I get the form. Be cautious!
Horrible. Two trips to urgent care with my 8 year old for extremely bad ear infection. Long wait times. Cold, preoccupied, clueless and rude staff. Gave little care to the pain he was in. Prescribed wrong antibiotic the first visit. Went back the next day because it got much worse. They decided to shove a wick in his ear while he screamed in pain the second visit. Nurse was annoyed because my child almost threw up due to the pain it caused and asked him to be quiet. Different Doc prescribed different drops and new oral antibiotics. Follow up visit with different doctor 2 weeks later was just as awful. Doc was 35 minutes behind he shared that he was running late, overwhelmed and stressed with my child and I He literally spent less than 2 minutes with us, if that, after we waited for him for an hour past our appointment time. He gave the "all clear" after barely even looking at my child. He asked no questions and gave no follow up directions. I would NEVER recommend this clinic to anyone. Horrible, lacking, stressful, experience. Unkind, rude and inexperienced staff. Extremely dissatisfied. The parking was easy. That's the only positive I can share.
