I am a horribly horribly horribly uptight dental patient, and getting my upper wisdom teeth (plus one other upper tooth) removed the week after my 50th birthday was a little daunting. And, I nearly reconsidered the decision the night before the procedure, having read/listened to a lot of wisdom tooth removal horror stories—especially for people of a “certain age”. But, the procedure couldn’t have gone smoother—I was in/out in a little over an hour—the staff couldn’t have been nicer or more professional. I’m 4 days out from the removal, and things are still better than can be expected. As long as the insurance all works out as quoted—5 star plus rating from me!!

Couldn't have gone smoother....had a tooth extraction and Dr. Seward was awesome. Pain free, fast and great bedside manner. Listened to all my concerns and carefully explained the options and the situation. Highly recommend.

I was referred by my dentist for a possible implant to replace a broken tooth. My dentist had sent over my x-rays and they wanted to do another x-ray. When I asked why the technician said it was to show where the end of the root was in relation to my sinus. Had the x-ray. After waiting an hour I asked when I was going to see the doctor. Told the tech my appointment was an hour ago and I was going to leave if I didn't see him soon. Then the doctor came in. He was abrupt and almost rude. I got the feeling I was intruding on his time. He wants to send me to Maple Grove for a 3-D x-ray to show where the end of the root was in relation to my sinus. I asked him what the one they took was for. He said it was to show my back teeth. I would not have let that guy tie my shoes let alone perform surgery on me. I understand that things happen and appointments are delayed especially since surgeries are performed in the morning. But a call from the office would have been appreciated. At the very least one of the gals at the desk could have said something. I drove 45 miles and wasted 2 hours of my time for a 10 minute visit. I heard another gentleman in the waiting room on his phone complaining about the wait as well. I will not be coming back and will tell anyone else my experience that is going there. I'm sorry I had to give one star, it wasn't deserved.
