This is the gym for me! Perfect gym for beginners and with experience, clean, new, and everyone is friendly and let's you do your workout. If you ever need advise or help, the staff is amazing and really helped me reach my goals.

I personally love this place! One of the cleanest gyms I have ever been to. The staff is very hands on and has helped me get back on track. Highly recommend!!!

Great fitness center with very knowledgeable staff and trainers! The gym is always well maintained and is open 24/7 so I can get my workout in whenever is convenient for me

I have been training at StayFit with Adam for around 1-1/2 yrs. and I love the gym and him.  I was very reluctant to work out at a gym because I am very self-conscious and have a lot of anxiety.  Adam helps me to feel comfortable in the gym setting and has never been judgmental.  He genuinely cares about me and my progress and supports and encourages me all the time.  I have arthritis and fibromyalgia, in addition to herniated cervical discs and knee problems.  Adam has always been flexible with the rotations he has planned for me and is quick to improvise and adjust a routine in order to accommodate my medical conditions.  He has taught me proper form and technique to ensure that I don’t incur injury or further pain/weakness and has targeted those weak areas through personalized workouts in order to strengthen them.  He encourages me to push through the more difficult routines and to persevere.  I know with Adam’s help I will reach my desired goal!  I highly recommend StayFit as a gym and Adam as a personal trainer!
