I love the energy when I come to class. The coaches are so encouraging and the front desk staff is so friendly. I love that every workout is different and challenging in its own unique way. I am never bored that's for sure! I also love that I can see results both in class and as a summary afterwards. It definitely helps me push harder and get better results out of each class!

Great coaches, an easy game plan to follow each session, good combination of cardio and strength training, lots of class times to choose from. Friendly front desk staff. Would recommend.

I truly enjoy the incorporation of many different elements that keeps your entire body guessing, everytime!! It's such an uplifting way to start or end your day☆

I love OTF. They really push you to do more than you think you can. The fact that I have yet to repeat a work out is stellar!

My first class was fantastic! Rachel gave me a quick overview before class, and checked in on meseveral times during class to make sure I felt great! I can't wait to get back - I love my Orange Theory mornings!!
