Station Six

While the food in particular was tasty and satisfying, my chowder had shrimp with the tail still attached. It was an unexpected spoonful and it made me check every bite from that point on. I had the Mushroom ravioli as a main, that was well made and flavorful a rich sauce covered everything. The bread that came with it threw me off though, panini bread. If it was supposed to be fancy or something I'm not sure, it just felt out of place on the plate. The service was average, when I pointed out the shrimp, they said they'd check what happened and never got back to me about it. The place itself feels a little dark and cold. Sitting by a wall with friends but it felt like we weren't even in a restaurant. May go back in a few months to see if anything has changed. I've heard that the menu has changed a little and that it's not as good as before.

Horrible. New owners. Lunch on 230114. Salmon was taken off menu. Ordered haddock with the sweet apple salad. Salad was bitter with goat cheese and pecans. No apples and nothing sweet about it. Haddock was bitter and dry unable to eat it. My son loved his Mac and cheese. It was 12$ for kids Mac and cheese with no drink or dessert. Very small portion. One measuring cup of Mac and Cheese. He enjoyed it as a small snack, he was still hungry. I had one very small mug of coffee and could not get a refill on. Waited to leave for over 20mins. Could not get any staff. Had to walk up to kitchen to ask to pay my bill. I will never return. I use to go there for the amazing salmon and salad. Off the menu and what was left is disgusting. I would leave 0 star if I could. I do not go out to eat very often. Very disappointed.

Used to come here all the time and would recommend it to anyone! Recently visited and noticed a lot of changes, not very good ones : fries completely different, menu completely different, chicken burger completely different, etc. Every item on the menu used to be so tasty and is now cheap and below average. Sooo sad this place used to be my favourite in HRM!!

I was positive surprised that most dishes can be served gluten free as well Had gf pulled pork burger and it was really good. Will visit it again : Table was kind of sticky. Maybe because of the disinfectant. Really- not sure why. That's why only 4 out of 5 stars

We had wanted to try this place for a long time, hadn’t been nearby at a meal time in years so took the opportunity to get takeout for supper on Saturday the 25th. I walked in and happily waited at the entrance for a server to come over. After a couple minutes the server kind of arrogantly barked at me, asking if I was here for takeout. I said I was and she, again rudely, told me to sit at the bar, then told me that I “Wasn’t the only person there”….. I literally stood happily at the front of the restaurant and patiently waited to place my family’s supper order and this woman snapped and barked about absolutely nothing lol. Just beyond nasty. The food was a mess. Some of it was delicious, others were awfulsteak sandwich was at least 80% fat/grizzle and they FORGOT to include any MEAT AT ALL in one of the items. If you’re bothered by rude staff, probably best to skip this spot unfortunately. If you’re not bothered by that, the foods a gamble in our first and only experience.

This used to be our go-to place in the area but after the ownership changed, it has really gone downhill. The onion rings are no longer homemade and generally the rest of the food just isn’t the same. During my last visit I didn’t finish half of my meal as I was so disappointed and the server didn’t even ask if things were ok. As a former server this surprised me. We won’t be going back.

A welcome spot in Spryfield. A warm spot with large screen TV's for sports. Just a about every table had plugins, handy for when your device is just about out... The menu is a good standard pub fare with a large selection of draft. Had the Fish & Chips which came out hot & fresh and were good. Definitely a place you would feel comfortable staying to take in a whole game - the seating arrangement is unique and well thought out. Courtney was a joy and provided super friendly service.

Bring back the old menu!!! Was so disappointed to have no nachos on the menu at a pub. Waitress said they’re trying to make is fancy… it’s in spryfeild with palates for furniture. We don’t need another spinnakers, we want our delicious pub back.

Went for Burger Week. The burger was great but WOW the garlic parmesan fries were out of this world! The cherry on top was our server, JOHNA! She was so friendly and knowledgeable. 100% will go again.

Good beer selection, friendly service. Food is ok, nothing special but it’s one of the only decent places in the area.
