The first order I placed off of skip, everything was great. I was shocked at how reasonable the prices were, so I was pleasantly surprised at how good the food was for the price. I have now ordered about 5 or 6 times, and I can honestly say it went further downhill with each order, until today, where I am officially done giving them second chances. Today tops the cake. See my pictures. There was some sort of white glue like substance all in my home fries! I could not remove the home fries from the paper wrapping underneath as it was hard as a rock stuck together and to the paper. I was missing one piece of bacon should have got 4 as per usual, and I got 3. I asked for the bacon well done, and it was cold and limp. I asked for brown toast and I got white toast burnt. I could not eat anything other than my 3 measly pieces of bacon. Another meal in the order was very cold and the potatoes were mushy. She asked for white toast well done, and got brown toast burnt. She asked for bacon well done and got limp cold bacon as well. We asked for 3 sets of plastic cutlery one set per order and we got nothing. No napkins either. And we asked for jam and ketchup, and we got 2 pack of each for 3 meals. I tried calling the restaurant repeatedly and it goes to an answering machine that is not set up to say anything other than "Hello, we are not available now". Pervious orders we had similar toast issues as listed above, and missing meat. I called the restaurant before and the owner was nice about it and said next order he would take care of it, however I did not feel the need to take him up on that. Just wanted to bring the problem to their attention as it seemed to be an inattentive staff problem. It is clear to me now that they just do not care about what gets put out of their kitchen or the quality of it. I am honestly angry I recommended this place to a few friends for take out options. I will not be ordering again. I think they've been given enough chances and enough opportunities to correct the problems and nothing seems to be clicking with them.
I think the price is very reasonable. It's hard to find this great price after pandemic. It's a cute little dinner that is cozy. The steak was good, but the hashbrown was not good and very greasy. I don't drink any coffee due to caffeine intolerance, but the owner wife just poured the coffee directly to my cup without even asking me. The attitude of the owner was cold. Maybe she had a bad day. Then I went ahead and ordered a tea. I somehow ended up paying $25, and I am not sure how it would end up that price considering I only order a steak dinner $14.99 and a tea $1.5-2?. I didn't question the owner because I was hurried going somewhere. I guess the unwanted coffee was included in my bill.
Food portion was great. We couldn’t finish everything. Excellent customer service and home cooked. Panzerotti was excellent. New option of grand slam is great. Food prices are really good.
Must have new owners. The older waitress we had was super rude for no reason at all and complained to use that she had to make our coffee. The young lady who took our order was nice enough. However when our food came the chicken was RAW, our rude waitress was just sitting there did not say a word, the cook said he made both chicken wraps at the same time. Disgusting, this place used to be good.
Horrible experience. The waitress was not nice at all. We ordered breakfast and my potatoes tasted rotten; not even sure how that’s possible. I almost got sick. They have signs all over the place that feel off putting as well. “Don’t ask for a coffee refill unless cups empty, it’s expensive” and “don’t steal me, I saw you” are some examples. I thought it was rather unprofessional. Place did not feel clean either. Both my & my friends cups were dirty. Our water had something floating in it. I read reviews before coming and I was astonished by the difference between my plate and the photos online. Will never return. Do not come here.
Yeah place won't last like this . No greeting upon arrival. Sat ourselves Took the waitress 10 mins just to bring my coffee after I asked for it and another 5 before she came back to take the rest of the drink orders , and food orders . Not very friendly either looks like shes given up trying actually . This is the third time I've been back since the new owners took over and the third time WASNT a charm . Food isn't great . Cheesecake was not set AND not good over all . And they have " no name " bottles of jam at every table for everyone to dip their germs and whatever else they feel like , in. Very unsanitary and gross.cutting corners is very obvious at this restaurant and destroys a restaurant quickly. Hope you check your reviews and fix what needs fixing, before you go under .id be happy to help if you need suggestions. I managed a restaurant for years . My husband ordered breakfast,I ordered lunch. We ate so much but still could not finish! Food was great homecooked. Ordered panzerotti to go for our son because he missed out on the experience.Food: 5/5

One of the BEST places in Windsor! The food is home cooked and always quality. You CAN NOT beat the value; they have the most reasonable prices anywhere. The owners and the staff are good people and friendly and ALWAYS go ABOVE AND BEYOND. So blessed to have these people and this business in our community! If you haven't been here you need to try it!
Great food for good prices. Panzerotti and grand slam are great food. We enjoyed going there frequently in home type environments.
