Great experience working with the Mount Carroll Banking Center.  Have done personal and business banking with them for awhile now and they are top notch!  Always there to help. Tiffany, Scott, Taylor, and Leslie are very friendly and great you with a smile.  If you are looking for a local bank that has great customer service this is the one, they offer everything you need and you can't beat the hours!  Thanks for taking good care of your customers.

These guys are to busy to call back a 20+ year customer. Happened 2 times now where we couldn't get a call back. Me and the wife both called and nobody ever called us back. We have good credit and can go anywhere to get a loan. We went here for the personal attention we received before. Seems we aren't worthy of any attention at all now. Will never use them again.

I have used STPC for several auto loans in the past.  I can't say enough good things about all the staff and Scott.  Small town bank that's always welling to help no matter the issue. Its been a great bank to use and I would recommend them to anyone.
