By using or visiting the State Bank Facebook Page you agree to the following “Terms of Use.” At our sole discretion, State Bank may modify or revise the “Terms of Use” without prior notification to you. The State Bank Facebook page is an extension of our open communication and is intended to provide a place for our community to discuss the company, its products, promotions, and community events. For security reasons, we cannot discuss specific account information via Facebook. Please call 815-297-0900 for account assistance.

State Bank fully supports protecting children’s online identities and privacy. Our Facebook page is not directed at children and we do not collect personal information online from or about children under the age 13. Only individuals who are at least 13 years of age with the consent of a parent or guardian until the age of 18 may use the State Bank Facebook Page.

To maintain a respectful environment, we ask that you follow the Facebook community guidelines found at https://www.facebook.com/terms.php, as well as the following rules:

- Never share personal or account information such as ATM or debit card numbers, account numbers or your social security number in your comments. Remember that State Bank will never contact you online to request this information. We will delete comments that include personal or account information.

- You are prohibited from using the State Bank Facebook Page for any commercial purpose such as advertising another party’s products and services.

- To protect the identity of our customers, we will not address specific customer service issues or account questions on our Facebook page.

- We reserve the right to correct factual errors.

- Any financial information posted on Facebook is for general informational purposes and may not be applicable in all situations. Before making decisions about your personal financial situation, you should consult with your banker and other advisors.

- State Bank is not responsible for the content of external websites linked to or referenced from the State Bank Facebook Page. State Bank neither endorses the information, content, presentation, or accuracy nor makes any warranty, expressed or implied, regarding these external websites. By selecting the link you will be leaving the State Bank Facebook Page and will be taken to a third party site that may offer a different privacy policy and level of security. The third party vendor/partner is responsible for website content and system availability.

- Employees and affiliates of State Bank must disclose their employment status when submitting a comment.

State Bank may, in its sole discretion, respond to User comments during normal business hours of 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. You should not assume that the Bank’s failure to respond to specific comments means that it is in agreement with those comments. State Bank does not endorse the opinions or statements or comments of third party Users. Furthermore, State Bank reserves the right to monitor all content and to take down, or refuse to post, your comments or to bar any User from this site.

Indemnification
