Sending the Accountant all of my information and was told I am bugging her because I have to call to see when she’s going to be in because she never returns any of my calls. Do not go to this accountant. There are others in town who are nice and less expensive.

Had Scott D. do our taxes after being underwhelmed with last year's performance from a group in the town down the road. He's been doing financial advisement for some time and it shows. He is friendly, thorough and knowledgeable. We will be a repeat customer.

Scott Duffett is who I deal with at Starr. I love working with Scott. Great sense of doing what is right so I don't worry about the details and he is very detailed!. Scott corrected several things the very first day he did a consult with us. At that moment I knew we had made the right choice in a CPA firm.

Jay has had our dads estate taxes to complete since July 1st it’s now September and still not on his plate to finish . Keeps pushing back and our father has been deceased over a year and still holding up our closure for taxes. Super slow in getting this accomplished. Super rude on voicemails left for our family and very unprofessional
