Stardust Motel

Was there for a conference in June. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, tv was great. Slept good the nights i was there and very thankful the owners let me come back after i realized an hour away I'd left my phone charger behind. Drove back and they let me in the room to find my charger. Only suggestion i have for the room i had would be a coffee maker would have been nice to make coffee before early meetings

First off I believe in supporting local. This motel is a bit dated there is some renovation of rooms slowly happening.nPrices are decent. Our room had a full size fridge, AC worked, toilet flushed, hot water and good water pressure when I showered. Beds were comfortable had a great sleep.n10 minute walk from downtown and an excellent restaurant across the street.nThe washing machine in there public laundromat is broken down which was disappointing cause I needed to do laundry but owner offered to clean my clothes for a fee.

I myself work in housekeeping and so I always want a clean hotel room. I did notice there was water on the desk table that was not wiped up and that there was a hair in the shower but they are very minor. Very spacious with a sofa and coffee table. Very quiet at night and had a peaceful sleep. The parking is very convenient and free. Its close to convenient stores, co-op, a subway and the highway Eastend and Climax.

The location is easy to find, since it's on the same road that heads towards Eastend, which was my destination. The room was well laid out. The bed our room came with was 2 queens and there's a TV by one of the bed side and also a desk beside the TV which comes in handy. The only issue was that we came in and the desk had water on it and we weren't sure where it came from, but it didn't bother me that much since they provide towels and I just used on of those to wipe it off. They serve ice outside the room in case needed for a cold drink. Parking was no problem since it wasn't too full and we parked right in front of our place.

We stayed here last month. Well, the owner and son were very nice but our room was awful! No kettle, no coffee maker, no WiFi but I could tolerate these but every time we walked in the room whole floor moved included beds, the ceiling was caved inno kidding I didn't feel safe to stay there , both beds were squeaked so much kept us wake. The bath room didn't have a fan so I opened the window the screen was ripped. I really think this was the worst motel I ever stayed in my life.
