This was one of the best stays in lots of hotels I’ve had in Canada. They’re doing a great job. This showcases what a brilliant management team, and dedicated nice staff they have.nnI recommend this hotel to everyone travelling to Shaunavon. They are great. Breakfast was nice, rooms and public spaces were sparkling clean, staff were friendly and nice, you could find hand sanitizers everywhere. The electric outlets in front of the hotel were working in Summer time, so I could charge my vehicle.nnThe only minus was that one of the nice ladies of staff had brought her huge dog to work, even behind the reception desk, and the dog barked at me! This is not a safe thing to do! The dog was massive bigger than 99% of the dogs I had seen so far!!!
Our room was great - very clean. Bed was comfortable. For breakfast we had lots of choices - eggs, bacon, cereal, bagels, toast, waffles. This was our second time staying here, and we would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling through Shaunovan.

It was our first time at a Canalta hotel, but it won’t be our last!nWe called at the last minute to see if there were two vacancies. Because we dealt directly with the hotel, we were entitled to a significant discount. :-nThe rooms were spacious and chic, the A/C worked like a charm it was 30 degrees Celsius outside, the shower had excellent pressure, and the breakfast was hot and yummy and didn’t end too early.nOur check-in and check-out went off without a hitch.
Everything is clean. The appliances in the room are all functional. There is plenty of breakfast food. If you’re looking for a comfortable place for a short stay during a business or work trip, you’re guaranteed to have it here.
