Starbucks

I love the friendly faces, and I love the staff. They're always wonderful and I always enjoy them. The only bone I have to pick is their drink quality. Every time I order something, it's messed up in some way/shape/form. For example, today I ordered a venti cold coconut milk with 7 pumps of vanilla and light ice. I was given a venti cold brew with with coconut milk and no vanilla. And, I was the only customer in the store at the time, so it wasn't a mix up of drinks. This had happened to me too many times. I love you guys, I do, but I really just want my milk.

I love Starbucks and this location is to close to my home and work and that's why I keep going back.I always order passion tea lemonade with half classic half raspberry syrup but this is the 5th time I get the wrong drink, I always go threw drive up and I tend to have to go inside to let them know I got the wrong drink😔 I wish I didn't have to do that almost all the time.

Waited for our order that included 4 items. Once the first item was ready, we ended up waiting 10 minutes more for the last item to be completed.
