Starbucks

I go there weekly and the employees are really nice. They know how to prepare the drinks.

Closes at 9, but they start packing up and cleaning at 7. This reduces the staff to one person taking orders and making drinks. Obviously, they want to leave right at 9, but having one working employee running the whole stand for the last two hours of peak traffic is just sad. I waited for over 20 mins to receive my drink and was frustrated watching the one cleaning get in the way and obstruct progress. Just a terrible work ethic and mindset.

It's sad when you work in the mall, and go to Starbucks daily and can't get a consistent drink order. I find them to be slow, can't get orders right&I bring my stuff back on numerous accounts.. I order the same thing every day and one day it's great, and the next day it's beyond horrible!!! The only Starbucks I have a complaint about.

Horrible service. Why ask your name if they don't call it...shove drink on counter. 18 min wait for my coffee.
