A little slow at opening up in the morning but the staff is friendly for the most part. Coffee was fresh and service was prompt. I do however, prefer that if I ask for one sugar and light cream, that I not be instructed "to help myself at the condiment bar." Nice downtown location. Good Internet connection. Quiet and conducive for work or study.
