Ebon Coffee Collective - Coffee Shop

Interesting little coffee shop with an ecentric, yet homey atmosphere. Interesting set-up, where they give you a glass mason jar to bring back next time. Also fantastic waffles on certain days of the week. Also there is a nice little art gallery that is conjoined to the coffee shop, making it a great place to sip coffee and peruse the art selection. Only slightly botherson part of this place is the occasion stuck-up hipster. All in all tho, a great place to sit back and sip strong coffee while enjoying the artwork on display.

Very kind and helpful staff. Didn't treat me like an out of town rube. Tasty coffeecake muffin and Ethiopian coffee brewed by the cup.

Very warm and welcoming environment. Staff was friendly and the coffee was prepared with excellence. Clean shop and clean bathrooms. Rotating roasters is also a huge plus here; they offer lots of variety.

A warm and inviting environment with plenty of seating. They are passionate about their coffee. They know how to extract the exact flavors for a perfect cup of coffee. Every time I've been in there the staff has been absolutely friendly, helpful and kind.
